11am, i woke up last saturday. i was don’t know if i will go to my dentist that afternoon for she didn’t confirm the appointment. come 12 noon, i decided to go to aris’ place to give my gift to his uncle and auntie.

umalis ako sa bahay ng alas tres ng hapon. expecting i’ll be there by 4:30. e pota naman, ang trapik. ayun, sa kabutihang palad ay dumating ako sa kanila ng 6 ng gabi.

stressful.

i wasn’t expecting his mom to be there kasi malamang nakaalis na yun papuntang gawain sa el shaddai. pero hindi pala, andun pa siya. nagkagulatan pa kame nung pumasok ako sa kanila dahil wala akong pasabi na pupunta.

niyaya ako ni nanay na sumama sa kanya sa gawain, at dahil sa wala naman akong gagawin kinabukasan at linggo naman, sumama ako. bagama’t hindi handa. wala man lamang akong jacket.

mabilis lang ang byahe, 9pm andun na kame, sakto sa misa.

pagdating dun, akala ko kung may anong kaganapan.

biglang may malakas na ugong.

hahaha, naaliw ako may eroplano. ang laki, abot-kamay mo lang.

ang saya.

nakalimutan ko na malapit lang dun ang domestic airport. ang galing talaga. sana pwede naman isama si carlo dun para makita nya ang mga airplane. kaso andun sya sa nanay nyang ubod ng bait. hay.

bukod sa eroplano, gumaan ang pakiramdam ko dahil nakapagdasal ako ng maayos. bago magpasko ay naliwanagan ang isip ko sa mga bagay-bagay na kelangan ipagdasal. ganun pala ang pakiramdam. makakita ka ng mga tao na iisa ang pinaniniwalaan tulad ng sa iyo. the unity and short time peace.

sa aming pag-uwi, ramdam ko parin ang kakaibang aura. natulog lang saglit at bumili na ng washing machine nila aris kasama si kuya arvin at mama nya. ganyan ko dinaos ang weekend ko, masaya at mapayapa.

salamat sa account ni Kristy at nakuha ko tong picture na toh. matagal ko na kasing hinahanap itong letrato ng kaibigan ko na naaktuhang tulog sa mismong araw ng pagtatapos.

UNDAS!

Simimulan ang araw ko ng bad mood. Wala akong maisuot na damit kasi naglaba si mama the day before ng undas. 11 a.m. na kame nakarating sa SAN JUANCEMETERY.

Handing – handa na kameng lahat na magtirik ng kandila nang Makita naming ang naaagnas ng bangkay sa katabi ng puntod ng kapatid ko. Muntik na ako masuka, oo pero mas naawa ako sa patay na yun. Patay na nga sya, walang kalaban – laban tapos pinagnakawan pa ng puntod. Kung sino man ang gumawa nun, malamang may sariling syang rason. Ang akin lang, sana naman ay inilagay sa tamang lagayan kung tatanggalin sya sa lugar nya. Sana rin, isinama man lang ang lapida para may pagkakakilanlan ang bangkay.

Nagreklamo ako sa management ng sementeryo. Dun ko nalaman na hindi lang ako ang may reklamo. Kung tutuusin, sisiw lang ang reklamo ko. Maraming sa kanila ang nawalan ng patay. May kakarenew lang ng kontrata sa sementryo e biglang nawalan ng patay.Ngayon, hindi nila malocate ang buto ng kamag-anak nila.

Bigla akong naalarama, naisip ko tuloy na ilipat ng buto ng kapatid ko sa sementeryo na malapit samin. Dun sa maayos, para naman panatag kame. Hindi ako masyadong makatulog dahil lagging kong inaalala ang buto ng kapatid ko. Sana hindi na pag-interasan ang maliit nyang puntod. Sana may mga taong makuntento nalang sa kung anung meron sila at hnidi na gumawa pa ng mga iligal na Gawain para lang kumita ng pera. Sana rin, maging patas ang mga taong buhay sa pag-asikaso ng mga reklamo. Hindi lang yung dahil sa maganda bihis nila kaya bibgyan ng atensyon. Well, ganun talaga e. hindi lahat ng tao pare-pareho.

Sa kabuuan, masaya naman ang undas ko dahil nagkarron kameng mag-anak ng time to bond.

8th day

officially, it is my 8th day of working for UPLAND MARKETING FOUNDATION INC. strange but true, it feels good to be home. home- where i truly knew the person im working with. it feels like we are just one family, working in a team to meet one goal and that’s to improve our company.

now, i have no more rush moments. i don’t have to rush in every now and then just to be at the office on time. i feel free. i can do whatever i want in the office. i can eat whenever i want. and i the most important is i don’t have to get up so early just to catch the train.

i’m feeling so much better now. my job is my security blanket. it is my outlet and it keeps me so busy that i dont have to think so much of the person away from me.

7. Schedule around your energy peaks.

Writer and speaker Michelle Dunn describes herself as “very organized,” but there are times of the day she just can’t be productive. So when she’s about to hit a lull—like right after lunch—she schedules errands and tackles non-thinking tasks, and otherwise schedules around her energy. Of course, not everybody can just run off to Target whenever they’re feeling blah, so 43 Folders honcho Merlin Mann explains subtle ways to work inside your schedule.

6. Get outside—even if it’s cloudy.

Even if you live in one of those areas with perma-gray skies for two-thirds of the year, getting outside every day can give you a vitamin D boost and the resulting mood and energy improvements. The National Institutes of Health recommends getting 10 to 15 minutes of sun each day, and a layer of sunscreen if you’re getting more. You know those mornings where you have to get right up and do something with a deadline? The groans about coffee and sleep fall away, and you usually get it done. Give yourself a now-now-now pushup cycle right after your breakfast, and you might just shake off your sluggish self-doubt and get moving. 4. Eat the right nutrition mix.

Sugar and bread give you a quick jolt of energy, but ultimately result in an insulin-powered crash later in the day. Too much meat doesn’t give you enough of the quick-firing stuff. Balancing out your lunch, instead of just eating leftover pasta, can have a big impact on your day, according to the Harvard School of Public Health Nutrition Source. nag-uulan na naman. nakakainis lang kasi hindi ako makalabas dahil maputik at maraming palaka at baha. nakakatakot kaya mabasa sa tubig baha ang paa lalo na kapag may sugat. kasi hindi mo alam kung may ihi ba ito ng daga bukod pa sa mga katas ng kabasurahan. natatakot akong magkaroon ng LEPTOSPYROSIS. disease na nakukuha kapag ang ihi ng daga ay nakapasok sa loob ng katawan mo, whether ingestion or through an open wound. it’s dreadful friends. it destroy the whole system and targets the brain. and cause immediate death. kaya ayaw ko ng ulan. o.n t.he. .brighter side, ok naman ang ulan kasi malamig at masarap, matulog at masarap kumain. hindi ako nakauwi sa bahay namin dahil sa ulan. ayaw na kasi ako pauwiin ng nanay ni aris kaya dun nalang ako natulog sa kanila at nag-bonding kame. magkwentuhan kung paano sila nagkakilala ng tatay ni aris. yung buhay nila nung mga bata pa sina aris at nung magsyota pa lang sila. pinakita nya rin yung mga baby pictures ni aris at mga kapatid nya. nakatuwa si aris! ang puti - puti at ang cute. tapos mukhang anghel, mukhang inosente.  

im keeping myself busy ngayon. para hindi ko maaalala na malayo si aris. ok nga rin kasi nakakapagbonding kame ng mama nya at mga kapatid.
